These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made via our online shop at www.yutmanrecords.com.
They govern the relationship between you as a consumer and us, Yutman Records (Jon Nymoen), for the sale and delivery of our music products and merchandise.

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding catalogue.
The contract is concluded once you complete the checkout process and receive an order confirmation by email.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices include VAT (where applicable) and are shown in Euros.
Shipping costs are added at checkout and vary depending on your delivery address:

6. Delivery

Orders are shipped within 2 business days after payment.
Delivery within the EU may take up to one week; shipping to non-EU countries may take longer depending on customs and local carriers.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers within the EU have a statutory right of withdrawal.

8. Returns

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return items within 28 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
We’re unable to refund original shipping costs.

9. Reservation of Title

Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

10. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, we are only liable in the case of a breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties) and limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.

11. Dispute Resolution

We are not obliged and do not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

12. Governing Law

German law shall apply, excluding the UN Sales Convention.
This choice of law applies to consumers only insofar as it does not restrict any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence.

Shipping Policy

We usually ship your order within 2 business days after payment has been received.

Estimated delivery times:

– Within Germany: approx. 2–4 business days
– Within the EU (outside Germany): up to 7 business days
– UK: approx. 7–10 business days
– International (e.g., USA): usually 10–21 business days (depending on region and shipping provider)

Please note: For international shipments, delays may occur due to customs processing or other logistical factors.

All items are shipped with insurance and tracking, whenever available.

Right of Withdrawal

Your Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within 28 days without providing any reason.
The cancellation period is 28 days from the day you (or a person designated by you) received the goods.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you — excluding shipping costs — without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have received the returned item(s).

The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless we explicitly agree otherwise.

Please note:
– Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs.
– You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
– To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging. A purchase receipt or invoice copy is required.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital products (e.g. music downloads) once the download has begun.
